The magic of SUPERCONNECT®

SUPERCONNECT® builds on the power of LEGO® Serious Play®, a method originally developed by two European business professors and the LEGO® Group for improving business outcomes by combining metaphor and storytelling with LEGO® bricks and carefully crafted questions. This open source method is now being used by a global community of practitioners for a whole variety of outcomes, including SUPERCONNECT® which optimises for human connection, safety, and belonging. These outcomes can be ends in themselves or a powerful foundation of safety and connection for better business outcomes like strategy and innovation. Because when people feel safe, they’ll try new things, experiment and risk failing… in other words, the core activities required for innovation.

Already LEGO® Serious Play® Certified?

SUPERCONNECT® Practitioner Training is the ultimate add-on to your existing practice as a Certified Facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play®. Our training provides you with the cutting edge best practice around psychological safety, trauma informed practice, diversity and inclusion as well as the emerging practice of energetic safety… while also enabling you to use LEGO® Serious Play® in a variety of non-standard use cases. This includes coaching, conferences and other large groups. You'll also learn how to run really short and impactful sessions that are an hour or less.

Plus, you’ll get access to bonus materials covering how we teach the core LSP process and Individual Builds. When we spoke to LSP facilitators around the globe as we developed this training, we found there was a wide range of approaches to LSP. So if you didn’t certify with us, this is a bonus expansion of your foundational LSP knowledge. Plus, it ensures everyone is on the same page regardless of who they’ve certified with.
